As a first time home buyer, Tom has gone above and beyond his duties as a contractor on my home. Before I purchased it, Tom walked around the home with me to let me know of any issues he foresaw, and what he could help with. When I purchased the home, he helped serve as my advocate when working with other contractors on various projects. In the three years I have owned the home, Tom has replaced a sliding door, replaced baseboards in all rooms, removed an exterior door and installed a new window, built a new interior wall, installed a mailbox and helped with many other projects and emergency calls from me. Tom also is always thinking of me, knowing that I may need to replace a water heater in the future, when he sees a deal or rebate- he goes out of his way to let me know.
